The Inverse Rule states that:

\(\log_{b}{x}=\frac{1}{\log_{x}{b}}\)
Examples
\[\frac{1}{\log_{3}{2}}\]

Use Inverse Rule: \(\log_{b}{x}=\frac{1}{\log_{x}{b}}\)
